It is not weird, abnormal, or unnatural. Everybody gets their first relationship at different times, even though it seems like it’s going younger and younger these days. Just because your friends are doing something (or in this case, getting something) before you, it doesn’t mean they’re better than you or that there is anything wrong with you if you’re not. A first kiss and first love are very special. It shouldn’t be rushed just to say you’ve had it; it’s worth the wait, and the older you are, the more you’re ready for a serious relationship anyway. Stay positive and the right one will come along when he’s meant to.
And I think there are a lot of people, guys and girls, who get nervous when it comes to talking to whatever person they’re attracted to. Myself included. But I’d like to believe that the right one won’t care; he’ll like you for who you are, not who you try to be, so be yourself at all times and forget about anybody who isn’t okay with that.
