Your therapist is there to help you in any way s/he can, so you should talk it over during your next session. Your therapist will be able to recommend ways for you to remove these thoughts from your mind. Thoughts like these can be potentially dangerous, so you will want to find ways to cope with them. Maybe even lay off the crime shows for awhile, until you feel more stable with your thoughts. The crime shows may be the cause, so you should give them a break and see if you see any change.
